INDIA: Taliban-style rule enforced for anyone not acting Muslim enough

In the city of Madhubani, people are being stripped, tortured, and flogged in public for not wearing a burqa, not having a beard, or for consuming alcohol. Not sure if this applies to the Hindus, as well.
